The Sales & Business Development Officer will support LiiTech Africa’s growth in Nigeria by identifying leads, building relationships, supporting sales conversations, and helping convert serious prospects into clients or product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in Nigeria
  • Contact prospects and introduce LiiTech Africa’s software services professionally
  • Support sales conversations, service explanations, and client follow-up
  • Maintain basic lead records and opportunity notes
  • Help convert serious inquiries into meetings, demonstrations, or onboarding steps
  • Report sales activity and market feedback clearly to management

Basic Requirements

  • Good communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers
  • Basic understanding of sales, client follow-up, and business development
  • Ability to keep simple records and activity reports
  • Professional, trustworthy, and consistent attitude
  • Must be based in Nigeria

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience in sales, business development, marketing, partnerships, or client relations
  • Interest in software, SaaS products, and African business digital transformation
  • Confidence in speaking with new people and organizations
  • Strong follow-up habits and ability to build long-term relationships
