Product Research & Operations Assistant — Liberia
The Product Research & Operations Assistant will help LiiTech Africa understand real business needs in Liberia by collecting market feedback, documenting client problems, supporting product research, and helping organize operational information for future software improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect feedback from potential users, clients, and market conversations
- Document common business problems faced by schools, gas stations, churches, clinics, SMEs, and organizations
- Support product research for LiiDesk, LiiGas, LiiChurch, LiiHealth, and future LiiTech Africa platforms
- Prepare simple notes, reports, and user-requirement summaries for management
- Support internal coordination between field, sales, marketing, and product planning activities
- Help organize information that can guide better software features for Liberia
Basic Requirements
- Good listening, writing, and documentation skills
- Ability to ask clear questions and organize answers properly
- Basic computer, smartphone, and online research knowledge
- Interest in business operations, software products, and customer problems
- Careful, honest, and detail-focused attitude
- Must be based in Liberia
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in research, administration, operations, customer service, or project support
- Ability to turn client conversations into clear notes and practical recommendations
- Interest in African business systems and digital transformation
