Field Operations & Onboarding Officer — Liberia
The Field Operations & Onboarding Officer will support LiiTech Africa by visiting potential clients, explaining company products, helping new customers understand our systems, collecting feedback, and supporting onboarding activities in Liberia.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit or contact schools, businesses, churches, clinics, and organizations professionally
- Introduce LiiTech Africa services and software products in simple business language
- Support product demonstrations, onboarding visits, and client follow-up
- Collect accurate client details, feedback, questions, and market observations
- Submit clear field reports to help management understand client needs
- Represent LiiTech Africa with discipline, honesty, and professionalism in Liberia
Basic Requirements
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to speak respectfully with business owners, administrators, and organization leaders
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and online form knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions and submit simple reports
- Disciplined, honest, and organized attitude
- Must be based in Liberia
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in field work, customer service, outreach, sales, or community engagement
- Interest in technology, SaaS platforms, and digital business systems
- Ability to explain software benefits clearly to non-technical people
- Strong follow-up, patience, and client support mindset
